Thalia and Stephen Loffredo
Thalia and Stephen Loffredo were married in 1990 and a year later decided to merge their philosophies toward food, wine, and service to open a contemporary American restaurant for the 90s. In January of 1992 the Loffredo's opened Zoë to immediate notoriety for their food and service, design, and award-winning all-American wine list. Named after Thalia's maternal grandmother, Zoë is the Greek word for 'life.' And in the true spirit of the word, the Loffredo's have created Zoë as a place to celebrate life with great food and wine.

Managing Partner Scott Lawrence
Scott Lawrence is a seven-year veteran of the management team at Zoë. In 1983 Scott started his management career at the famous Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Lake Michigan. Scott honed his hospitality skills with Marriott Hotels at the Marriott Copley Place in Boston and the Paramount Hotel in NYC.
